Complete fun projects, meet new friends and make a name for yourself at the most glamorous Fashion, Beauty and Interior Design Academy in the world!  Simply click on the small Academy tab which you can find at the bottom of each screen to get started.

By joining the Academy, you will be able to keep track of all of your inspiration and creations in your Yearbook and you will earn awesome rewards, Stardollars or Starcoins and Starpoints for completing each quest!

To find or not to… Well, with the new Suite Shop catalog, you’ll always find exactly what you’re looking for!

We’ve upgraded the search so that now you can more easily find the right decor piece for your Suite. You can search by color and brand, then specify your search even further by Starcoins, Starpoint items and even animated items!

Last Friday Windows 8 (the newest version of the operating system Windows) was released. If you have a touchscreen device that supports Windows 8, you can now use Stardoll.com with touch functionality! Be sure to use the touch-optimized Internet Explorer 10 App that comes with Windows 8. If you use the desktop version of IE 10 in Windows 8, Stardoll.com will work as it normally does.

Where’s the chat? Where are my messages?

Wondering where your Chat and Messages ribbon (on the top of your screen) went? Stardoll has made some improvements which will also make it more fun and easier for you to access the social features on the site!
What we’ve done:

- We’ve moved the Chat and Messages ribbon to the bottom of the page. You’ll see it on the bottom of your screen when you log in!

- The Chat is new and improved! It will be easier to convo with your Stardoll friends.

-  If you want to change your language or visit the Help section, you’ll now find the icons underneath your profile card (where your avatar image is).

Just log into your Stardoll account to view these new and improved changes to your account.

Stardoll reached an important milestone – 200 Million Members!

We’re so excited to have so many members on Stardoll that we’re celebrating by giving away eight very special gifts, 100 Starcoins, and even 100 temporary Stardollars! Once we hit the 200 million number today, members have 24 hours to click the button on the 200 Million Member page and get all of these gifts and start the timer to spend, spend, spend the Stardollars.

New clothes resize feature

Ever wanted to use your LE or rare as a decor item, but always think it’s too big or small for suite?

This week, we’ve made it possible for you to easily decorate your suite with your valuable and fashionable clothing! Use the resizing tools on the clothing in the suite to enlarge and shrink your clothing items to fit any suite style you please.

And if you decide to wear the clothing – it will automatically fit your MeDoll when you place the item back on the doll. Visit your Suite to try it out!

Press your dress and blush your cheeks because Miss Stardoll World 2012 has officially begun!

You’ll see the blue MSW voting button in other member’s suites, so vote away!

In this first round, you can vote for as many members as you wish, but you’ll only be able to vote for them once per day. To vote and be voted, you need to be at minimum Level 10 and have a verified email address.

Voting for the first round is global, and ends on September 17th.

The Highest Achievers list will feature the global Stardoll members who’ve gained the most Achievements within the last seven days. It’s not an all-time list, and it will update regularly to feature members who are actively achieving! The more you play on Stardoll, the more achievements you’ll earn and the more likely you’ll be featured on this exclusive list.

Stardoll is proud to introduce Achievements! Achievements are an awesome new feature on Stardoll that allow all players to show off their talents and interests to the rest of the community.  Not to mention that they also let members level up faster and earn more Starpoints!

When you go to your Suite, you will notice that you now have a shelf right underneath your room.  This top shelf is for displaying all of your awards which you get for completing achievements.

Open up the lower shelves using the tab with the arrow pointing downwards to see all of your earned awards.  From there, you can drag and drop the awards from your lower shelves onto your top shelf which will always be displayed to other members.

If you don’t have any awards yet, you better start earning them!  You can find out how to get an achievement by mousing over one of the empty achievement spaces.

These achievements are a great way to show who you really are and what you are proud of accomplishing to all of your friends.
