    hi i dont know how to send messages to stardoll so since ur part of the staff can u plz help me the stardoll superstar for a day option popped up but then my internet browser exed out can u plz tell stardoll to give it back to me bcuz my widows exed it out plz and ty reply asap ok bye

      i logged on and a note came over my screen saying i was a superstar doll for 24hrs!!!!! of course i wasnt!!!! LIARS!

    Great, Stardoll! I wasn’t sure I would like this idea at first , but then I saw that it was cute, I mean, who doesn’t love little PacMans, right? And that it’s non superstar!! I am a superstar but I feel very strongly that those who are non superstar deserve more rights , and I think that Stardoll is realizing that!

    AGAIN my email address has been used without my authorization to create an account at your site. The last time was 2010-09-04, so I sincerely trust this won’t be a monthly occurrence.

    I can’t use your link to disapprove this account because I am NOT the parent or guardian of this supposed “jordan”, a name which has been used to create accounts at 15 different kids’ sites by now, illegally using my email address.

    This is identify theft, and I expect you to address it by:

    1. placing my email address on a blacklist so it can’t be used again to create an account at your site or at any other kids’ site affiliated with you (all my children are adults)

    2. providing a link in the confirmation email which says, “If your email address has been used without your consent, click _here_ to delete this account”

    Please advise how you plan to handle this situation.

    As a grandmother, I am particularly worried that a child is using my email address to get unsupervised access to sites. Stolen addresses might even be placed in a pool for any number of children to use. This is a safety and legal issue, and must be addressed.

    I’m having trouble using my free 10 stardollars that stardoll promised. I’ve tried to purchase something but it just says “you don’t have enough stardollars” HELP! I want to use them before the day ends and I lose them!
