If you were on Stardoll.com last night (Tues Sept 14) between 18:30 – 20:00 CET you will have noticed things were not working as they should be. Although you could browse non-member sections of the site, you couldn’t log in, log out, access your account, buy Stardollars, etc…
Without using boring technical jargon, we had an unexpected super-high number of people on the site all at the same time. What do you do if you have too many people to fit on a boat? You get a bigger boat! So our technical whizzkids quickly upgraded our servers to accommodate all of you during this incredibly popular and busy time on Stardoll. You’ll be happy to know that everything is not only back to normal, it’s better than ever!

Ha!no it’s because you made the starbazaar search more difficult than before, you removed jcp teens from the starplaza within a very short period, you keep recycling free gifts & refuse to let people who bought them from you have them, you hardly change the furniture & suite shop items, we can’t include scenery pictures in presentation only party & album pictures, your tribute stores are a bit expensive, you reduced 2 week superstar allowance from 100sd to 80sd in uk…. blah blah blah!
Is anyone also on roiworld? Wow! They keep updating.

Thank you for telling us what happended. I had for a while the problem, that I could log in, but could`nt go to my suite. It was for 1,5 weeks, in the night from Saturday to Sunday. I tried the accounts from my daughtres and everything works, but they could not visit me, other people yes, but not me. And I wonder what happended. It was for 4 or 5 hours.
as soon ans i got on 2 my netbook and tired 2 log on 1 stardoll it wouldnt let let me so i played a game for a bit then i got 2 sign in but it kept frezzing

Why do You keep giving out old rares for free? I hate it!
Why should we even bother buying stuff, when we can have it for free a few months later..
I also mean items bought from suite shop & starplaza, which are giving out for free. People save & pay for them & few months later everyone gets them free, this defeats the object of buying at all. I have been a victim once or twice but there must be people who don’t get free items all the time just because they bought it already. Not fair. Girls stop buying you will get the items free later.

Hello Dear Stardoll Staff i has been asking about the same question since a lot of time ago and i still asking when you will make a spair wardarobe outside our suites like beaty parlor but where we can put all our clothes and can be clasify by a searcher for type of clthes colour or brand so we can search easily our things i am very tired to lost my things and need to askt to you if i want find it i have 5.320 seables items only in clothes i didn´t count fournitures and i really need it also all most the mmebers on stardoll really like decorate main room and use to put things covering the closet because we l ike decorate our suites.
I hope you can apreciate this comment and make something about this problem because i bought loads of clothes and i want a apropiate site to show up my things now i can’t buy more things bcause i am full and i do not want to sell my things i just want a special place to put all those things then i will to contienue buying but now i am desesperate because i want organizate my things.
